An indie polish! I don't own many because, uh, I'm a cheapass and don't like to pay over $6 for polish but I snagged this one on Copious for just under $5 using credit hehe This is Hot Mess Laquers "Across the Trailer Park" which is a play off of Deborah Lippmans "Across the Universe" which has a similar look. I love this polish! This is one coat over top of NYC "Skin Tight Denim". Very easy application. I love the mix of glitter; small blue glitter and large green and blue.
Another thing I love? These shoes. ( Go Jane also sells these ones with a 3" heel (mine are 2"), in case you prefer a bit more height. They also cost less, for some reason) Obsessed! I have been wearing them almost every day. They are so comfortable and I just feel like they add such a "coolness" factor to any outfit. haha Some random guy said "I like your shoes" today when I was walking my dog in them. Thanks, dude. So do I!
I like them so much that it is making me want a beige/taupe pair as well. I'm not sure if this trend will stick around for the next year though and I hate to spend money on something that will only be worn for one season (as in Fall/Winter 2012), you know? Seems like most big trends end up sticking around for a while now though, like smoking slippers or liquid leggings.
