Outfit: Cutout Oxfords

Okay, so I know I have horrible roots here (not anymore!) but I thought the hair do was pretty fun.   

Super basic look but it's just very me.  It was nice to have a cooler day too! The last thing I really needed was another pair of oxfords but Target clearance got me! I love the cutout pattern.

I know I rarely share nail pics on here anymore but here's one! This is Jessie G "Golden Sunset", a pretty duochrome.  It says that it is a textured polish but I didn't find that to be the case! Still very pretty though.

I've been wearing pants a lot this past week but it's supposed to hit 100F soon so I guess that's about to change! Yeesh!

Outfit: Ombre Chambray

This outfit seems more Spring than Winter appropriate but I sure do love it! I really like brown with chambray and then I think the oxfords tie it all together.

Grey Day

First cool day we've had in a while! Overcast and about 70f. It was nice! This was last Friday. I took advantage of the weather and wore long sleeves! I think the weather influenced my choice in wearing mostly grey too. Do you ever find you dress to match the weather?

Moore

My heart goes out to everyone affected by the tornadoes recently, including the massive one in Moore, Oklahoma. I was relieved to see the death count go down this morning but it's still a very tragic situation. You can, of course, donate to the Red Cross by calling 1-800-REDCROSS or by texting REDCROSS to 90999 for a $10 contribution.

Wore my Target shoes and ended up with awful blisters. Grr. That's why I am trying to avoid Target shoes because they always seem to give me the worst blisters!

Hipster Wolf

I included this outfit in my "March Outfits" post but apparently forgot to do a full post on it! I swear I had...

Anyway. This is the kind of top you kind of want to wear every day because it's just slouchy and comfy and soft and effortless. Plus it has a hipster wolf on it and tribal print. Beat that.  It's like $16 at Target. I've been really tempted to get another in a different print/colour.

Flowers

I finally got the hang of dressing for warmer Fall weather, I think. Bare legs help. But now the weather has really cooled down quite a lot, so it's whatever. This was last week or so.

I saw someone do a yellow/purple eyeshadow look somewhere and decided to give it a go. I like it. It reminds me of butterflies...or flowers? I used my Coastal Scents palettes yet again. I use these a ton! So glad I finally bought them. I have the Original (matte) and Ultra Shimmer.
