Outfit: Stripes and Plaid

Another item in my capsule wardrobe that I needed to update was a striped top. Check! I bought this one at TJ Maxx. It's super stretchy so should fit my expanding belly for a while. A striped shirt is a wardrobe must, if you ask me.  It's really easy to mix with other patterns, like plaid!

Stripes and White

I love pairing black and white with brown so re-making this outfit was a no brainer! The weather was actually perfect for it yesterday. Such a gorgeous day. For this outfit, I had a lot of similar items so I chose my straw fedora, striped top, white shorts, skinny brown belt (although I do have a thicker one), sunglasses and brown sandals. I really loved this outfit!

I think all sunglasses look stupid on me! It's annoying.  But yeah, I'm wearing NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in "Addis Abbaba" on my lips.  Oh and the gorgeous necklace?  I actually won it in an Instagram giveaway from Shop Katwalk!

Stripes

I picked up this top using a $6 off coupon from the app Wrapp, at H&M. You can send people free gift cards! I didn't try it on so thankfully it fits. I like the sort of a-line drape it has but I dislike that it's always riding up over my boobs so I keep tugging it down. haha 

Target sneakers

I love these headbands one of my sisters made me for Christmas. They are so comfortable! I plan on making some myself. Here's the tutorial link. Oh and the lipstick is NYX "Eros".
