NYE was very chill. I needed a break from my vacation, haha especially since I'm going on another 2 week one starting next Friday!  So I opted to go to the beach with friends during the day. Then that night I hung out with my friend and her husband at their house where we played Wii and trivia games plus had drinks.  It was good.

NYE is also when my husband and I got married! So now that date is so much more about that for me which works out because I never cared that much about a new year starting. I mean, it's really just another day and as much as we like to say it's a fresh start... we could say that any day!  It was our third wedding anniversary but my husband is deployed so we spent it apart. I did get a card and a phone call from him though! He's pretty wonderful.

I wore my new black sweater dress from H&M (my first purchase from there so far!) with black tights and boots. Not that hottest NYE shoes but they work best at the beach when you're wearing tights.
