snakeskinnails

Today I had a friend over and we made fabric hair bows. Fun! They're really cute and I enjoy making them so I've been teaching people how.

Tomorrow I'm going to Medieval Times with some friends. We are lucky enough to live 40min from one (there are only a few in the US and like one in Canada). This'll be my third time going. It's pricey, like $40/person. It includes dinner/dessert which you eat with your hands, hehe. Basically, you watch a fun show about these knights who fight one another and joust (story line varies as far as which knight ultimately wins the princess). The actors are quite good and the crowd gets really into it. They divide the crowd into different teams/colours so each one has their own knight to cheer for!

Onto my snake skin nails! I love this mani. It's much more vibrant in person. I know I keep saying this but I really need a new camera :/ Mine is dying, I swear. This stamp went on SO easily! Like like.

silver SH Xtreme Wear "Celeb City" such a great stamping polish.

Here it is before I stamped it. This is a cool duochrome polish. This is about 4-5 coats! It goes on easy and dries quickly though, so no big deal. It shines mainly a greyish green and metallic purple.

And yes, my nails are a completely different shape! I broke the corner off one and it led to me deciding to file them all oval. At first I hated it and it felt so weird but after a day or two, I'm liking it. I prefer long + square but this does look particularly nice with darker polishes. I'm not sure if I want to keep them this way or what. They are stronger/less likely to break and my manis last longer with my nails oval shaped so I just might.  Then again, I always say that but end up letting them grow out and filing them square again haha

This is a boring outfit. I'm surprised I even took pictures, haha. These shoes were a gift. I find the floral ones easy to wear but this hot pink ones kinda throw me for a loop! I have big feet and don't want to look like I'm wearing clown shoes, haha. They're great for walking my dog or when I need something casual. Maybe I'll try them with shorts next time. I don't know if they'd work with a skirt/dress... Any ideas?
