I'm glad I finally got around to wearing this polish. It is Wet n Wild "Teal of Fortune". It has many many dupes in other brands.  I got this one at Rite Aid in one of the packs that come with a clear polish for $1.99.  At first I thought this was a foil. It does sort of look like a foil on the nail but it's also very shimmery and duochrome! It has a jelly base which is interesting. It went on like a jelly but removed like a foil (took some scrubbing).

It's shines green and blue. It looks very blue here but when I held it to a blue shirt or something else blue, I realized how green it is. I did have VNL. Next time, I will probably layer this over black.

I thought it might look pretty matte so I used Essie "Matte About You" and omg!! I LOVE this. It is so smooth and velvety.  I honestly preferred it this way! Click any of the photos to enlarge them (just don't mind the cuticles!)

Be warned: this polish stains REALLY BAD. It will not only stain your nails but your fingers too! So definitely use a coat of something underneath it and be careful when removing it. You may even want to use the foil method! Tomorrow I will post how I removed the stains.
