It's so hot! I'm very glad I live near the water and not inland. We're having a heat wave this weekend! It'll be over 90F where I live but over 105F inland! I'm not complaining though, not when the weather is far worse on the East Coat right now with Hurricane Irene. Stay safe, people!

That said, I just haven't wanted to stand out in the sun to take outfit pictures and my camera is awful indoors.

Well, here's what my weekend looks like:

• last night my husband and I went to a friends farewell party at the beach. He's going to S. Korea for a year, maybe two! Marine Corps is sending him there. I feel for his wife. I can't imagine a year never mind two. 7 months apart is hard enough!
• then my husband went out with the guys but I opted to just go home.  I watched the movie Bee, ate popcorn and fell asleep on the couch. haha I'm so super cool.
• tonight is UFC my husband and I loooove MMA and are big UFC fans. He trains in it, I don't, but we both love watching it. Tonight will be a good one! 
• we almost always have people over to watch the fights (they're usually on PPV so we have to pay for it) and I make a ton of food and drink.  tonight is no exception but I am going to make a point to be healthier!
• I have been eating super healthy all week actually... sort of following the Clean Living summer menus. I will blog about it soon.  okay, that wasn't related to my weekend.
• right now my husband is at work! got called in (he's a Marine).  I just got back from the gym.  
• tomorrow I'm hoping we can go to the beach! it's going to be so hot and I want to swim. plus my husband leaves soon for 6 weeks so it may be our last chance to hop in the ocean this year.
