Plaid Shirt, Dark lips and Glitter nails

I almost forgot about these pictures! I hate when that happens. I wore this outfit (and these nails actually) last Wednesday. I took the train (I don't drive) to the mall and finally bought some barefoot running shoes! I had a Groupon that my mom gave me for $50 at The Running Center. I went with the New Balance Minimus which my husband also has. They are $100 so I still paid around $50 but what a deal! I had bought the Groupon for my husband too so he saved $25 on his. After shopping, I went to Trader Joes with a friend and then back to her place to try out some recipes from Peas and Thank You cookbook! She's vegetarian but often eats vegan and has many vegan cookbooks.  She bought Peas and Thank You after I did and raved about it. :) She made the lemon chickpeas while I made the fun nuggets. Well, I changed the recipe a fair bit so I will have that up soon. We also drank some two buck Chuck merlot which was actually quite good, haha. Overall, a very nice day.

 I actually didn't wear those shoes out. They always give me blisters! They are my only real leather shoes (it's odd that so many people are against wearing fur and yet wear leather... I bought these during an amazing sale because I adore Jeffrey Campbell shoes but I don't plan on buying leather again). I wore my lace up combat boots because they're more comfortable. Go figure.

I wore one of my new dark lipsticks. NYC 522A. I also wore a colours from my new Urban Decay vegan palette that I loooove. Also, the Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner is great! Lasts very well and is so smooth to apply.

Last, here are the nails. This is Kleancolor "Midnight Seduction". I believe I did 3 coats. Then I added a few nail decals, hehe...reminded me of Lady Gaga whom I love.

Such a pretty polish with its microglitter and holo glitter!
