veggie burger and wedge fries
cake in a mug topped with frozen banana "sorbet" for husbands birthday
waffle topped with agave, apple and cinnamon
leftover Thai One On yellow curry. soo good.

pierogies (last wheat indulgence before the cleanse haha)
pinapple, banana, coconut milk (canned) popsicle
"ham and cheese" sandwich with avocado
chocolate zucchini muffins
I will * the recipes that are from the book Crazy Sexy Diet. Also, for the first week Kris Carr gives you a sample menu so I mostly stuck to that where as week two and week three I am planning myself.
Day One:
juice, *tofu eggless salad wrap, carrot + hummus, *kale avocado salad + *teriyaki tofu, banana with cinnamon
Day Two
*green guru smoothie, salad, apple with almond butter, dark chocolate (not pictured), *Thai "peanut" veggies with quinoa
Day Three:
juice, carrot cake balls, juice, *I love nori rolls
Day Four:
gluten free waffles with chia pudding and vanilla almond yogurt (not pictured), juice, carrot cake ball, *tomato rice soup
It doesn't look like a ton of food but honestly, everything has been very filling/satisfying! I haven't felt hungry and definitely not starved. I try to start each morning with water and lemon. During the day/evening I'll have herbal tea and water.
I have been posting my daily eats to Tumblr every day so if you wanna follow along there HERE is the link.

Your pre-cleanse food all loosk really amazing. I'm so into burrito bowls and yours looks so yummy! I've wanted to make homemade popsicles all summer too and just haven't!
ReplyDeleteI've been following your cleanse on tumblr and you've been doing such a great job! I didn't think it would be too difficult for you since you eat like this a lot of the time but your meals look gorgeous! Your carrot orange juice sounds so good I really really wanted a juicer! Yum!
