CSD Continued


I'm on day 18 of the Crazy Sexy Diet, so I'm almost done! I haven't been planning out my meals in advance much which I prefer to do but other than that, all's well. Here's some eats from the past week.

carrots have become my favourite thing to eat with hummus! better than chips or pita.

edamame with fresh lemon juice and sea salt.

invented some cookies haha it's tricky making them gluten free (I just used oats because I had nothing else), vegan and no sugar just agave but these were very healthy!

green curry at Thai One On. only time I've actually eaten out this cleanse and my husband really wanted Thai! Thankfully green and yellow curry are generally gluten free.

juice (carrot, apples, spinach, celery, broccoli, ginger)

  1. Your cleanse food looks so delicious! I really really really want to get back to eating this way but my doctor is telling me not to yet until we are done testing. Boo! Following your cleanse has been making me want to get back to it :) Your meals looks really delicious. The quinoa, avocado, eggplant and lentils dish sounds amazing and I'm so with you on the carrots with hummus. It's been my favorite dipper for years :) Smoothies all look great and I still really want a juicer! Definitely bookmarking this post as well for when I can start cleansing :)
