Black, Blue and Smokey

I think it's important to think of how to wear items in new ways. It keeps things interesting, you know? The fitted top and flared skirt of this dress make it pretty great for layering.  Here I belted it to give it almost a faux peplum look. I also really love navy and black together.

Yeah, most of my clothes are from Target. haha I used to feel like I should really branch out but you know, who cares? It's not like the average person is going to see what I wear and KNOW it's from Target most of the time. That's nothing against Target, I just like variety. I feel like I find great stuff there.  They are great for trendy items that are under $40. And this tshirt? I have it in 6 colours! I so rarely do that but it's $8 (goes on sale for $6 once and a while), lightweight, v-neck (good for larger chests) and long enough for my long torso. How can I not stock up? Plus I've found the quality of Target clothes (I think I mostly buy Mossimo) to be quite nice, for the price range.
