Changing up the layout of my Friday Foodie posts a bit so that it is arranged my meal. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks.
Dinners:
Homemade tortilla with black beans, avocado, sweet potato, spinach, onion, olives and tomato
Eggplant burger (delicious!) and kale chips
Kale chips again (I was obsessed this week) and a SmartLife veggie dog
DIY salad bar at home!
Brown rice pasta with homemade tomato sauce, homemade bread and tofu
Snacks:
Mexican vanilla hot chocolate with unsweetened almond milk. Yum!!
SoDelicious vanilla yogurt topped with nuts and strawberries
Banana and strawberry puree topped with unsweetened coconut and chocolate chips
Yummy zucchini chips and my new favourite hummus from the farmer's market
Strawberry oat smoothie
Breakfasts:
Oats topped with Earth Balance Coconut Peanut Butter (which basically gives me a foodgasm every time I have some...) and banana plus orange/grapefruit/carrot juice
Protein pancakes again. Husband wanted to try them. We love them! They are made with chickpea flour so they are naturally high in protein.

Tofu scramble with homemade bread
Oats cooked with oranges pieces and unsweetened cocoa powder
Lunches:
Tofu scramble with Yves sausage patties on homemade gluten free bagels (which didn't turn out that great haha). It's weird to see a pic with zero added veggies/fruit!
Had a Daiya and black bean quesadilla twice because it was that freakin' good. Also, this tomato soup.
Annie's gluten free vegan rice and bean burrito and more kale chips! These burritos are yummy. I buy them very occasionally.
