Water marbling! I gave it another try. The results were a lot better this time but not quite there. I'll get it next time. I used blue, green and white for the Canucks (game tonight! playoffs are tied 2-2 eek!) and silver for the Stanley Cup. It came out looking more Seattle Seahawks though haha Oh well. I tried!

I bet you can't guess what I made this bow out of.  Tights!  haha I bought this hot pink tights for a couple bucks years ago but they didn't fit so they've just been sitting in my scraps box.  I had cut the legs off a while ago but only recently did I get the idea to cut the foot (they'd never been worn so it I just cut off the seam at the toes) off and voila! It fits perfectly and is very comfortable. I think it's super cute. I might try making some with other tights I own!

it was french braided and then I put it in a bun. The bun sorta fell out here. My hair had (yes, had...) gotten too long to handle!

For makeup, I wanted to try something I'd bought from ELF last year and never really gotten to work. It's a dual ended stick with one end being an eyelid primer (which I don't use because I have Benefit Stay Don't Stay which works far better) and the other end is a brush/pen that you can use in any eyeshadow to create a liquid eyeliner. There is a liquid in the cap, not sure what it is, but it gets the brush wet for you.  It didn't work well when I tried it before but this time I tried it with my ELF mineral eyeshadows and it worked great!!

This is kind of a boring look for it but I did a purple lid with ELF mineral eyeshadows in "Mysterious" and "Flirty" and then dipped the ELF stick into "Partier" and created a liquid eyeliner look!  I'm eager to try it out with some of my bright colours.  Hopefully that will cure my want for some bright blue/teal liquid liner.

these are post-pool (I didn't swim) and I think even after waling my dog! So you can see how the shadow lasted. The liner stayed on all day long!
