Spooky Nails

I realized with only a week and a half until Halloween that I should get some appropriate nail art in!

This first look is a no name/brand orange glitter I bought from Rite Aid last year as part of a Halloween pack. I layered it over China Glaze "Liquid Leather" (vegan).

Next we have NYX "Gilded Glitter" (vegan) over China Glaze "Velvet Bow" (vegan). I love how vampy this shade of red is!

And of course I had to do some fun Halloween designs! The base polish is Julep "Sasha" (vegan). THe black I used is "Liquid Leather" again.

Blue Blue

Ah, love this look! The blue really pops over the nude and both are subtly holographic. The nude is Butter London "All Hail the Queen" (vegan) and the blue is LA Girl 3D Effects "Brilliant Blue" (vegan).

These flakies looked gorgeous over the dark blue, almost like a galaxy. The base is Zoya "Cynthia" and the flakies is Ludurana "Arco-Iris" (not sure if these is vegan or what).

Gradients, Of Course!

Two gradient looks this week. I swear I never tire of them. I like using a makeup sponge to apply the second colour at the tips.

Nina Pro "Like Butta" (vegan) with Salon Perfect "Exploded" (I couldn't find info on whether this is vegan or not).

For this one I started with Zoya "Avery" (vegan) and topped it with Wet n Wild "Diamond in the Rough" (vegan).

Glitter

I'm so happy to finally have my hands on a glitter like this! It's Sparkles by Julie "Stripes N Dots", you can find it on Etsy. That's a mini bottle. The base polish is OPI "Jade is the New Black".  "Stripes N Dots" wasn't too hard to apply, what you see is two coats. I did find some of the bar pieces weren't flying flat though. So either you have to make sure to press them down when applying them or avoid any clumping.

This is one of the glitters that came in a Halloween set from Rite Aid. I don't gravitate towards this style of glitter but this one is quite pretty. I love how sparkly and princess-like it is. I did two coats over China Glaze "Fast Track".

Another jelly sandwich! Also another glitter from the Rite Aid Halloween set. Sorry, they don't have names. This one has blue and purple glitter. I layered it with Zoya "Paloma".  Not sure why these pictures are blurry and I didn't notice until it was too late. This mani was a lot prettier in person. It was super shiny and eye catching.

Fall Fingers

Definitely wearing more dark Fall shades on my nails now. It may be super hot out still but at least my nails can celebrate Fall!

This is two coats of Orly "Buried Alive". It's such a gorgeous brown! When the sun hits it, it's quite orange. I love it. Formula was really nice and easy to apply. I have a couple small chips after two days but nothing major and tip wear is very minimal.

Here I added two coats of Nubar "2010". The flakies made me think of falling leaves!

Yay jellies! Jelly sandwiches are so fun, I think. I did two coats of Zoya "Paloma", one coat of NYX "Gilded Glitter" and then another coat of "Paloma". So juicy and yummy looking. It gave the gold a great pink sheen.

Butter London "All Hail the Queen". Coats. Great application and wear time. I'm pretty wowed by Butter London polishes so far! This is a pretty holo in the sun!
