I've been trying to juice a lot more lately, to somewhat counterbalance all the "holiday food". I think I'm going to do a serious sugar detox in January though. I know I've been having too much processed sugar lately (mostly cookies) and it really makes me feel like crap physically. I get headaches, stomach aches, feel tired etc. 

Anyway, lots of colourful food in this weeks post which makes me happy!

Juice: kale, spinach, zucchini, carrot, pineapple, orange

A favourite snack: veggies & hummus

Juice: kale, spinach, pear, apple, cucumber, celery

flax milk and snickerdoodles

Juice: cranberries, pomegranate, apple, spinach, kale

Juice: apple, ginger, cucumber, spinach, kiwi, zucchini

  1. What pretty food, so colorful! How cute is that caterpillar roll, oh man! Your juices all sound delicious. I'm with you, I'm cutting the gluten out for good and definitely cutting WAY back on the sugars. I'll be looking forward to seeing your meals for inspiration!

    my mother in law is always telling me i need to cook with more veggies lol oh in laws. can't live with them, can't live without them
