Here's the second way I wore this skirt.

Here I'm wearing a new eyeliner and new lipstick. I will have reviews on them next week! The eyeliner is Physician's Formula Lash Boost and is supposed to actually help thicken your lashes so it's best to wear it close to the eyelash line. I extended it into a cat eye using MAC Fluidline in Glitzy.  On my lips I have a great bubble gum pink. It's NYX Round Lipstick (aka NYX Fun Colors) in Fig.
